Overview

This protocol was designed to help support your body while detoxifying from tobacco. The recommended options may be modified to meet your needs. Feel free to contact us with any questions you may have.

Details

Immune system

Maintain a healthy immune system.

Infusions

Make your infusions (teas) strong using up to 1 ounce of herb or herb blend per quart of water and let steep for at least 4 hours (or overnight). Strain, refrigerate and drink 2 to 4 cups daily.

Extracts

Lobelia herb is a workhorse when it comes to smoking cessation. Begin with ¼ dropperful 1x a day and slowly increase to 1 dropperful 1x  day. Note: If at any point you feel nauseous, decrease dosage to where there is no nausea.

Deep Respiratory – Formulated to support your lung tissues and open airways. 1 dropperful 4x a day.

Anxiety

Anxiety is one of the most common reasons for smoking and we have developed our No More Anxiety blend to help with such situations. 

Teas

Daily Detox – Begin with 1 8-oz. cup 2x a day and slowly increase to 3 or 4 cups a day. Note: if gas or loose stools happen, titrate down until symptoms disappear but do not stop drinking.

Breathin’ Easy – Helps to support lung health and function. Can be interchanged from the Daily Detox. Additionally, you can add 1 dropperful of lobelia to this tea.

Oral Cravings

Licorice root is good for smoking cessation and you can chew on a licorice root stick. Additionally, our Yuba Gold Smoking Mixture can be used in place of tobacco. It is best consumed using a water pipe.
