Returns
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for store credit.
- Items that have been opened or used are not eligible for return or refund.
- If a return is the result of our error (incorrect or defective item), we will pay the return shipping costs.
- All other returns must be shipped at the customer’s expense, unopened and undamaged, for store credit to be issued.

Tuesday through Friday, 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Mountain Standard Time).
Please note: All bulk herbs, regardless of size, are not eligible for return.
Cancellations
All orders cancelled prior to shipment are eligible for a refund. Please be advised that most orders are shipped within 72 hours of receipt, and it may not always be possible to cancel an order once processing has begun.

Any issues regarding items received must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.

Refunds & Store Credit Processing
- Store credit or refunds for returned items will be issued for unopened and undamaged merchandise within 5–7 business days of our receipt of the returned package.
- Refunds will be issued only to the original card used for purchase.
- Credit will not be issued for opened or damaged merchandise.
- Merchandise returned without proper authorization that is opened or damaged will be discarded, and no credit will be issued.
Additional notes:
- All shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Items lost or damaged during the return shipping process are non-refundable.
- Returned packages must include delivery confirmation. Without it, we cannot guarantee your items will be credited.
