Shipping Policies

All orders are shipped out usually within 72 hours of receiving order. Ordering customer will be notified if we are out of stock on any chosen item. For larger orders, additional shipping charges may apply and the customer will be contacted regarding any charges prior to shipment.

Most orders are shipped USPS which takes 3-5 business days for delivery, depending on weather and location of delivery address.

We only ship within the United States. We do not process international orders.

When you place a phone order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Reshipments

Any items returned to us by the shipping carrier because customer was not available to receive the package or shipping address related issues may be subject to additional shipping costs depending on cost to reship. Packages are reshipped using the method of our choice. Packages returned to us will be reshipped within 5-7 business days as long as we have the corrected information. Refunds for returned packages will be processed within 5-7 business days of being returned back to us.

Once a package is scanned as delivered on a tracking report it is not eligible for reshipment and is no longer our responsibility.

Lost Packages

Packages not delivered within 14 business days in the domestic United States are eligible for reshipment. Please contact us at info@swherb.com. At that time, we will open an investigation, which typically takes 2-5 business days. If the order is confirmed lost at that point, we will reship the order.
