The Nervous System

Our central nervous system is our link to our environment as it allows us to see, feel, smell, hear, and taste the world around us. Herbs work wonderfully within this beautiful system to help support and restore its balance. During this module, we will learn how to build a healthy nervous system and review imbalances like:
