Join us for a morning of embodied herbalism with deep listening and sensory fun at our Plant Spirit Immersion Workshop held in the Medicinal Garden at Sonoran University of Health Sciences.
This three-hour immersive experience invites students into direct relationship with the living plants of the garden. Through an extensive garden tour, guided observation, quiet reflection, plant meditation, and hands-on engagement, weโll explore how to move beyond textbook knowledge and into a relational connection. Whether you are an herbal student or a joyous plant lover, this workshop offers a grounded and heart-centered way to refine your perception and strengthen your connection to medicinal herbs in their living form.
Each participant will receive a dedicated notebook for reflections and insights. Botanically infused snacks and freshly prepared herbal tea will be served to nourish our time together.
