Be Happy is a mood-lifting alcohol tincture combining skullcap, motherwort, and valerian in a 1:4 extract ratio. Made with organic alcohol USP, distilled water, and pure vegetable glycerin, it comes in a convenient dropper bottle for easy dosing.
