Other Ingredients: Softgel (bovine gelatin [halal], vegetable glycerine, purified water, carob, chlorophyll), Organic extra virgin olive oil, Organic sunflower lecithin, beeswax [bee product]. Gluten free. No artificial sweeteners, artificial preservatives, corn syrup, colors or flavors.

Suggested Use: Take one softgel with water one hour before bedtime and one softgel with water at bedtime. Best results are achieved by the second or third night.
