Description

This loose herbal tea combines a mix of nourishing herbs into a mild, minty-grassy infusion. Made with horsetail, oatstraw, alfalfa, raspberry leaf, nettle, lemon balm and mints—each herb is listed with common and botanical names below for clarity.

Ingredients: horsetail (Equisetum arvense), oatstraw (Avena sativa), alfalfa (Medicago sativa), raspberry leaf (Rubus idaeus), nettle (Urtica dioica), lemon balm (Melissa officinalis), peppermint (Mentha × piperita) and spearmint (Mentha spicata).
Preparation (label guidance): steep 4 Tbsp of the blend per quart of boiling water for 20+ minutes; strain before serving. Traditional use noted as about 1 cup, 3–4 times daily.
