Herbs Etc. Deep Sleep is a gentle, encapsulated herbal blend intended for occasional support of a restful night’s sleep. This formula is made with fresh (never dried) herbs including organic California Poppy, organic Valerian root, Passionflower, organic Chamomile flower, organic Lemon Balm and organic Oat seed in the milky stage, finished with organic orange peel.

Each bottle contains 60 softgels. Suggested use: take one softgel with water one hour before bedtime and one softgel at bedtime; many people notice best results by the second or third night.
