COURSE OUTLINE:
• Experience a traditional kava ceremony
• Feel the heartbeat of the Earth through Native American drumming as we walk you through the ancient tradition of a Native American smudging
• Take a shamanic journey through meditation to discover your plant spirit and receive your healing message
• Learn the how and why of smudging and make your own fresh smudge bundle to take home, dry and use
• You will leave this workshop with tools necessary to help heal your mind, body, and spirit.
