Plant Spirit Medicine Ceremony
Join us on a journey to the Spirit of Herbs. You will explore some of the ceremonies used by indigenous people all around the world and learn the herbs traditionally used for both spiritual and emotional healing.

COURSE OUTLINE:
• Experience a traditional kava ceremony
• Feel the heartbeat of the Earth through Native American drumming as we walk you through the ancient tradition of a Native American smudging
• Take a shamanic journey through meditation to discover your plant spirit and receive your healing message
• Learn the how and why of smudging and make your own fresh smudge bundle to take home, dry and use
• You will leave this workshop with tools necessary to help heal your mind, body, and spirit.
