Order Processing
All orders are typically shipped within 72 hours of receipt. If any item in your order is out of stock, you will be notified.
For larger orders, additional shipping charges may apply. If so, you will be contacted for approval prior to shipment.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Most orders are shipped via USPS, with delivery typically taking 3–5 business days, depending on weather conditions and the delivery location.
We ship within the United States only and do not process international orders.
For phone orders, we will estimate shipping costs and delivery timelines based on item availability and shipping options at the time of purchase.
Shipping Rates & Weights
Shipping rates for many items are weight-based. In accordance with shipping carrier policies, all item weights are rounded up to the next full pound.
Reshipments
Items returned to us by the shipping carrier due to customer unavailability or address-related issues may be subject to additional shipping charges, depending on the cost to reship.
- Packages are reshipped using the method of our choice.
- Returned packages with corrected address information will be reshipped within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds for returned packages will be processed within 5–7 business days of being received by us.
Once a package is marked as delivered in the carrier’s tracking system, it is not eligible for reshipment and is no longer our responsibility.
Lost Packages
Packages not delivered within 14 business days in the continental United States may be eligible for reshipment.
If your package appears lost, please contact us at info@swherb.com. We will open an investigation with the carrier, which typically takes 2–5 business days. If the order is confirmed lost, we will reship the order.
