Herbs for Emotional and Spiritual Healing

Join us on a journey to the Spirit of Herbs. You will explore some of the ceremonies used by indigenous people, partake in a traditional kava ceremony, make and take your own smudge bundle, and learn the herbs traditionally used for both spiritual and emotional healing.

COURSE OUTLINE:

●  Experience a traditional kava ceremony
●  Feel the heartbeat of the Earth through Native American drumming as we walk you through the ancient tradition of a smudging
●  Take a shamanic journey through meditation to discover your plant spirit and receive your healing message
●  Learn the how and why of smudging and make your own fresh smudge bundle to take home, dry and use
●  You will leave this workshop with tools necessary to help heal your mind, body, and spirit.
